Investigación Educativa

This profile brings together the production and development of educational research projects led by faculty members, administrative staff, and researchers affiliated with the schools and faculties under the management of the Academic Vice-Rectory, as well as those carried out within the framework of the University’s graduate programs.

The educational research featured here aims to understand, improve, and innovate teaching and learning processes, faculty development, academic management, and institutional assessment. Projects address topics such as active learning methodologies, educational technology, curriculum design, learning assessment, competency-based education, faculty academic development, and equity in access to and retention in higher education.

Using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches, this line of research contributes to strengthening academic quality and developing context-sensitive pedagogical strategies. It generates knowledge that supports decision-making and fosters educational transformation from a critical and humanistic perspective.
