Ph.D. in Communication Research from Anahuac University Mexico and Ph.D. in Senior Management from the University of High Hispano-American Studies. Master's in Strategic Communication from the Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla and Bachelor's in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Veracruz. Recognized researcher in the National System of Researchers (SNI) level 1 of CONAHCYT. Founder and Coordinator of the Anahuac Puebla Multidisciplinary Research Center. She has received the Art, Science, and Light award for the best thesis project in 2022 as a thesis director at the University of Veracruz. Researcher, teacher, and consultant in disciplinary fields: strategic communication, advertising, public relations, marketing, research methodologies, and research ethics. Author of research products at national and international levels. Reviewer of scientific publications at the international level.
