Description
The overarching goal of this project is to foster knowledge, renewed appreciation, and consumption of the diverse edible plant species of the Yucatán Peninsula that are currently marginalized and underutilized in today’s food system, yet hold significant potential to promote nutritious, sustainable, and inclusive diets.
