Personal resume
Carmelo Domenico Leotta was born in Turin (Italy) in 1980.
He graduated in Law at the University of Turin (2005) with a thesis on the constitutional notion of political representation in the Revolution. PhD in Philosophy of Law (2009).
Doctor in Legal Sciences at the Catholic University of Argentina Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires (2012). He is currently an associate professor of Criminal Law at the European University of Rome. Criminal lawyer since 2008.
