Graduated as a Chemist, Biologist, Bromatologist and Master in Food Science and Technology, Autonomous University of Yucatán. Graduated with honors as Doctor of Food Sciences, National Polytechnic Institute. Postdoctoral stay, Autonomous University of Yucatán. Postdoctoral stay, Technological Institute of Mérida. 16 years of experience as a researcher and 18 years of teaching experience. Member of the National System of Researchers since 2013 with validity until 2028, currently Level 2. Winner of the National award in Food Science and Technology and winner of the ALSEA Foundation Award 2022. Currently professor and researcher at the Schools of Biotechnology and Nutrition of the University Anahuac Mayab.
