Personal resume

Katherine Mansilla-Obando holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Chile, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Austral University of Chile, Chile. Since 2021 until the present date, she has worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Finis Terrae University. Previously, she taught courses at the School of Engineering at the Austral University of Chile and served as a thesis advisor at the Diego Portales University. Additionally, she has five years of entrepreneurial experience in the gastronomy industry.
Dr. Mansilla's research focuses on the corporate sustainability of businesses, with a particular emphasis on sustainability-oriented business models such as circular economy and collaborative consumption, and the study of eco-innovation, the latter being the central theme of her doctoral dissertation.
