He also teaches in the areas of Government and Public Management, Master of Public Administration, and the Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Law, respectively. He has over 15 years of experience in media, serving as a specialized commentator on Politics and International Relations, as well as a Type "A" broadcaster for Radio and TV. His expertise focuses on the diagnosis and strengthening of public policy projects for development, planning for local development, and the analysis of regional studies with a focus on Human Rights.
