Post-Doctorate in Tourism Economics; Doctor in Administration Sciences from the IEU Puebla; BA and MA in Economics. He has the distinction of National Investigator Level C (SNI-C) granted by CONAHCYT. He is currently Director of the Research and Postgraduate Center of the Anáhuac Oaxaca University, editorial director of the Transitare magazine; member of the Technical Committee of the Tourism Industry of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) CDMX, is part of the scientific committee of the Ibero- American Network of Research in Tourism Economy and Management.
