Abstract

This research presents a second-order non-linear chaotic system created using the Liènard's theorem and combining trigonometric functions with the Duffing oscillator. The system's parameters are properly chosen to assure a stable limit cycle with Lyapunov Exponents to generate chaotic and periodic trajectories in the phase space. Then the system is configured to operate in the state of intermittence for stationary frequency identification even at a signal-to-noise ratio of around -50 dB.
