Abstract

This paper analyzes the changes that the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence has un-dergone in relation to the right to life. This jurisprudence has transformed the content of this right and has opened the way to access to medicines and medical treatments, regardless of whether or not they are contemplated in public health policies, regardless of their cost and budgetary impact.
